LAGREE | FULL BODY (Microformer)

A 45-minute, full-body workout that’s low impact but next-level effective. Using the Microformer, you’ll move slow and controlled through muscle-quaking sequences that target strength, endurance, balance, and core—without ever needing to jump or lift heavy.  Grip socks are required for safety,  stability and sanitary reasons. 


New to Lagree? No problem. We’ll guide you through the setup and form so you feel confident and strong from day one.

LAGREE EXPRESS | FULL BODY (Microformer)

Short on time, not on intensity. This 30-minute express Lagree class targets a mini full body session, using slow, controlled resistance training on the Microformer. Expect deep core activation, upper body isolation, and that signature Lagree shake—fast. Grip socks are required for safety,  stability and sanitary reasons.

HOT MAT PILATES

Turn up the heat and feel the glow. This 45-minute class fuses Pilates precision with strength-building flows—all in our 90–100° infrared room designed to detox, boost circulation, and elevate your sweat game. Expect deep core work, sculpting sequences, and that addictive “post-class high” that leaves you longer, leaner, and completely renewed. Mats provided, grip socks optional.

BARRELATES

Where classical Pilates meets barre burn. This 45-minute fusion class blends small, controlled Pilates movements with ballet-inspired barre work to tone, tighten, and seriously challenge your balance and core. Expect pulses, holds, and intentional movement that leaves every muscle shaking—in the best way. Light equipment, barefoot or grip socks, and your full focus required. Mats provided.

MAT PILATES - NON HEATED

Control, connection, core. This 45-minute class brings it back to the basics—with a burn. Rooted in classical Pilates principles, you’ll move through intentional, low-impact exercises designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase mobility. Expect a full-body challenge using bodyweight and light props. No heat, no fluff—just mindful movement that builds deep, lasting strength. All levels and ages welcome. Mats provided. Grip socks recommended but not required.
